The 75 Hard Challenge by Andy Frisella was created as a mental toughness challenge.

This challenge consists of 6 rules being:

  1. Follow a diet of your choice with no cheat meals & no alcohol.
  2. Partake in two 45 min workouts, one must take place outdoors.
  3. Drink 1 gallon of water.
  4. Read 10 pages of any nonfiction book, audiobooks don't count.
  5. Take a daily progress picture.
  6. Finally, if you miss a task, you must start over at day 1.

This is not meant to be another internet challenge. It is not a fitness challenge. There are obviously going to be some physical changes, but this is a mental toughness challenge.

Over the next 75 days you will be building skills like discipline, endurance, grit, fortitude, perseverance, & beliefs in yourself to succeed.
